LG 7024 - this is typically the receptionist handset or primary phone. It is very similar to LG 7016 in that it utilises navigation keys and the 3 menu keys.
The 24 buttons on the right hand side are "flex keys". This means you can program them to do what YOU want. For example, you might prefer to see incoming lines, for personal speed dials, or perhaps display other staff in the office. The choice is yours and each handset can be tailored for individual staff members.
You would choose a 24 button handset if:
- Your flex key requirements exceeded 16 buttons. Eg, you wanted to see more than 16 staff members, lines or any combination there of. If you needed more than 24 buttons for display purposes you can get extra button consoles for this purpose.
- You wanted to record conversations with the 7024's optional USB connection.
