- Automatic Wake-up Calls

Guests can use the system either to set their own wake-up call or to contact the front-desk and ask them to program a wake-up call. Guests can also receive a wake-up message* or music on hold when responding to the wake-up call.

- Guest Room Messaging*

Guests can automatically receive messages in their rooms, either when they are not available to answer the phone or if they are busy on another call.

- Personal Guest Lines*

Guests can not only receive and make direct calls to and from their rooms, but can also access their e-mail or the internet through the same direct line.

- Guest to Guest calling

Guests can access friends or colleagues staying in the hotel through an internal extension system which can be programmed through the front-desk.

- Guest Privacy Service

Guests can activate a ‘do not disturb’ feature on their extension. This feature will be overridden by the front-desk in cases of emergency.

- Listen-in facility

A specially designed listen-in feature acts as an intercom so that guests can phone their room (from e.g. the lobby or another room) to check on whether their baby is sleeping.

- Information Messaging*

The system can be programmed to provide guests with a series of personalised voice/text messages advising such things as operating hours of laundry, room service and other bulletin board services.

Effective Management and Cost Control

Control over your organisation’s telephone system expenditure is essential for effective business management. Aria Hospitality has an in-built call logging facility that enables call costs to be tracked by extension or department and also allows control over which extensions permit overseas, interstate or even local access calls.

Guest call accounts can then either be automatically calculated and directly printed off the Aria Hospitality system, or you can link to an external Proprietary Management System (PMS) and control your Aria Hospitality system from your computer. Aria Hospitality is GST ready as well.
